Shipping Policy

Refund Policy:
If you would like to refund your order please contact us immediately. If your order was already shipped, you will need to send back all products, unopened, to be eligible for a full refund. You will be responsible for covering shipping & handling costs. We will not refund cosmetic brushes that have been used. Please contact us for more information.

Color Exchange Policy:
We will only accept unopened bottles for color exchange, please see our refund policy for opened products. You will be responsible for covering shipping & handling costs. Please contact us for further information.

Incorrect/Damaged Products:
We suggest you always inspect your package as soon as it arrives to ensure you received the correct items and that nothing has been damaged. If your products are damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, we will gladly work with you to fix your order. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report the problem.

Shipping & Handling:
We add a fee of $4.99 to your order for shipping and handling costs. We only ship to the USA, orders outside of the USA will be refunded IF received.

Re-bill Charges, Hidden Fees, Etc:
You will only be charged one time for the products you are purchasing. There are NO hidden fees and absolutely NO monthly subscription charges. We are not a re-bill product, this is a one time purchase.
